Service Technician – Parc at Round

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our property team at the Parc at Round community in Phoenix. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas safe, functional and presentable for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce future breakdowns.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and ensuring apartments are ready for new occupants.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Experience in building or facilities maintenance, preferably in residential settings.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical drawings and safety codes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
