Service Technician – Luminous

About the role

The Service Technician – Luminous is responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of Greystar’s residential properties, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full-time, onsite position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose defects or problems, make repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make-ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Schedule and oversee external vendors and contractors as needed to complete maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and supplies used.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and building codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors and internal teams.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift equipment as required.
