Service Technician – Las Vegas Grand

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our Las Vegas Grand property team. In this role you will ensure that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing and repairing defects in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are ready for new occupants.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow established procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks safely and efficiently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to identify the cause of equipment or building issues.
• Good communication skills to interact with residents, vendors and internal teams.
• Reliability and ability to work independently on site.
