Service Technician – Lantower Legacy Lakes

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the Lantower Legacy Lakes community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage, return unused items and notify supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep by trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting of curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts, minimizing waste and using tools correctly.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established procedures, safety policies and risk‑management guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections, documentation and inventory tracking.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with vendors, contractors and the maintenance team.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, appearance and functionality across the property.
