About the role
The IT Service Technician provides hardware support and repairs for user departments across VytlOne. Working remotely, you will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues while delivering high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve hardware, software, and communications problems.
- Perform complex repairs and maintenance on a wide range of PC‑based computers and peripherals.
- Install, integrate, and configure new computer systems and hardware for users.
- Provision, modify, and de‑provision user access in line with access policies.
- Review, prioritize, and process problem reports, documenting progress.
- Document technical processes, support procedures, and contribute to standardization.
- Assist in quarterly audits of system access, software, and licensing.
- Maintain high‑level customer service standards and meet SLA targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent technical certification (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in PC maintenance and repair.
