Service Technician – Estates at Bee Cave

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of its Estates at Bee Cave community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using materials efficiently.
