About the role
Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the Broadstone Arden property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and common areas.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
- Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
- Document service requests and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
- Maintain grounds and amenities by trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of property maintenance experience.
- EPA certification preferred.
- Experience with OneSite and HandyTrac software.
- Availability for on‑call schedule Thursday‑Monday, 9 am‑6 pm (subject to change).
- Eligibility for a 20 % housing discount.
