Service Technician – Automotive Repair

About the role

The Service Technician will ensure the safety and functionality of customer vehicles at Nissan Williamsburg. This full‑time, on‑site position involves diagnosing, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on a variety of Nissan models.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and fix problems.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and communicate recommendations to customers.
• Maintain detailed service records and a clean, safe work environment.
• Participate in training to stay current with new technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Certified Nissan technician preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive repair and service experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
