Service Technician – Automotive Repair

About the role

The Service Technician will ensure the safety and functionality of customer vehicles at Nissan Williamsburg. This full‑time position involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and fix issues.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and communicate recommendations to customers.
• Maintain detailed service records and a clean, organized work environment.
• Attend training to stay current with new technologies and collaborate with team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Certified Nissan technician preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive repair and service experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to lift up to 50 lb.
