Service Supervisor – The Braden on Fifth

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the community meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities, vendor coordination, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality and scope.
• Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.
• Assist the Community Manager with additional operational duties as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property maintenance or facilities supervision.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs safely.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, inventories, and vendor relationships.
• Attention to detail and commitment to upholding Greystar’s quality standards.
