Service Supervisor – San Diego

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of a residential community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position supports a lease‑up property of 432 units in Escondido, California, and works closely with maintenance teams, vendors, and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical and mechanical work across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and external vendors to complete repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Manage lease‑up and construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain accurate work orders, inventory, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all safety and regulatory standards are met, including HVAC, EPA, and CPO requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of property maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership in supervising maintenance teams and coordinating vendors.
• Strong communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Experience with lease‑up or construction management in a real‑estate environment.

Required skills

• HVAC systems knowledge.
• EPA certification.
• CPO certification.
