Service Supervisor – Residential Community

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities to support resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Conduct routine upkeep of the community, including inspections of building systems, grounds, and common areas.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments: perform pre‑move‑out inspections, generate punch lists, and coordinate vendors and contractors to complete necessary work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and labor hours.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and internal quality standards.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in residential communities.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues and implement effective repairs.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders and coordinating vendor activities.
• Knowledge of safety codes and compliance requirements.
