Service Supervisor (Property Management)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical maintenance for its Harlowe, TX community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve resident service requests and routine upkeep issues.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with policies, codes, and quality specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company procedures.
• Support cost‑cutting and expense‑control initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to supervise staff, coordinate vendors, and manage inventory.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and resident satisfaction.
