Service Supervisor (Property Maintenance)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our Callia community. The role ensures that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, ordering supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Develop and uphold standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in residential communities.
• Ability to lead a service team, coordinate vendors and manage work orders efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
