Service Supervisor – Laguna at Arrowhead Ranch

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities to keep the community operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the make‑ready process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas and parking lots.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards, scope and specifications.
• Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, working with the Community Manager to order supplies while staying within budget.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual.

Required profile

• Ability to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work for interior and exterior building areas.
• Experience managing make‑ready processes for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation and vendor coordination.
• Capability to develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for community grounds, amenities and common areas.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting work performed by team members, contractors and vendors.
• Ability to maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies while adhering to budget guidelines.
