Service Supervisor – Envision

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with coordination of vendors and internal teams to keep the property operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, maintenance execution and final inspection.
• Develop and uphold standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative‑maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical or technical defects in residential properties.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors and internal maintenance staff.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, inventories and make‑ready timelines.
• Attention to detail in inspecting completed work and maintaining community standards.
