Service Supervisor – Elevators & Escalators

About the role

As a Service Supervisor you will lead local service operations for KONE, driving safety, quality and customer satisfaction while managing a team of technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Drive service business operations for the assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable results.
• Promote a safety‑first culture and achieve quality targets while managing schedules and team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in elevators or escalators, with supervisory experience, preferably leading a union‑represented workforce.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent hands‑on experience, and a strong appetite for learning new technologies.

Required skills

• Elevator and escalator maintenance expertise.
• Safety compliance and implementation of safety guidelines.
