Service Supervisor – Edge Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Supervisor for its Edge community in Anaheim. The role ensures that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. You will lead a team of service technicians and coordinate with vendors to keep the property operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and shared facilities.
• Conduct periodic inspections of service team work and contractor performance, providing corrective action plans as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to support timely repairs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of property maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Monday‑Friday schedule, 9 am‑6 pm, with on‑call availability as business needs dictate.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards and local code requirements.
