Service Supervisor – Eastbank at Waterside

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This onsite role supports resident requests, prepares vacant units for new occupants and upholds the overall appearance of the community.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve resident service requests, completing work orders in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, building exteriors, amenities, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling maintenance work orders and performing repairs in a residential setting.
• Ability to oversee make‑ready activities and coordinate vendors and contractors.
• Strong attention to detail for developing cleanliness standards and inspecting completed work.
• Capability to manage inventory and order supplies within budget constraints.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance procedures and safety/code compliance.
