Service Supervisor – Eagle Glen

About the role

The Service Supervisor for Eagle Glen ensures that the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, and supports both resident requests and routine upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, amenities, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with policies and quality specifications.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of property supervision experience.
• CPO certification required.
• Familiarity with Yardi or Happy Property software preferred.
• Ability to work a Monday‑Friday schedule, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility as business needs dictate.
