About the role
This position supports an upcoming property transition in Boise, overseeing technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and functional. The Service Supervisor ensures that all maintenance activities meet Greystar’s standards for appearance and operational reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs according to company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Conduct routine upkeep of the community, including interior and exterior areas.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments by performing pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and quality compliance.
Required profile
- Experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
- Ability to interpret work orders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
