Service Supervisor – 23 Twelve

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on maintenance work with oversight of vendors and the make‑ready process for vacant units.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, scheduling vendors, procuring supplies, completing maintenance tasks and final inspections.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas and parking lots.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, coordinating with the Community Manager to order supplies within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Experience in property maintenance or facilities management, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues and perform repairs safely.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, inventory and vendor coordination.
• Attention to detail for inspections and adherence to Greystar standards.
