Service Project Manager – Advanced Imaging

About the role

Support production operations by driving process improvements, equipment validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance. Lead HyperVue console installations from start to finish, overseeing site‑readiness validation, scheduling, field service coordination, and customer sign‑off.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HyperVue console installations, managing equipment delivery, cabling, calibration, clinical validation and final sign‑off.
• Transition SpectraWave installation tracking to ServiceMax, ensuring complete and accurate work orders, site data and asset records.
• Maintain installation project management in ServiceMax, focusing on implementation and adoption.
• Coordinate between field service engineers, manufacturing, commercial teams, SPS Parts and customer facilities to resolve site‑readiness and scheduling issues.
• Support field service capacity planning by monitoring forecasts, identifying resource constraints and aligning demand with available engineers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in field service project management, installation coordination or technical project management within a regulated medical‑device environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Health Sciences or related field; PMP or comparable certification highly desired.
• Hands‑on coordinator able to manage multiple concurrent installation projects and communicate effectively with hospital facility managers and clinical staff.
• US work authorization; ability to travel up to 10%.
