Service Operations Manager

About the role

Lead service operations for Philips’ global interventional cardiology and vascular device portfolio in North America. You will own field performance, delivery execution and operational governance for a distributed team of field service engineers, product support specialists and service coordinators.

Key responsibilities

• Set the operating rhythm for corrective, preventive and installation service across North America and align standards with international service leaders.
• Own end-to-end service training and technical education, including program management, instructor-led and digital delivery, field certification and training centre operations across three continental sites.
• Drive measurable improvement in service performance using metrics such as time to system restoration, first-visit resolution, installation quality and preventive-maintenance completion.
• Lead root-cause analysis of systemic delivery issues and design operational improvements together with engineering and supply-chain partners.
• Manage service quality and compliance activities, including complaint escalation, corrective-action execution, product-lifecycle support and regulatory documentation.
• Act as the operational bridge between field teams, manufacturing, parts supply, commercial organisations and enterprise service technology platforms during portfolio expansion and acquisition integrations.

Required profile

• 8 + years of experience in service delivery or service operations (or 6 + years with a Master’s degree).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Science, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodation.

• Base salary range $151,000 – $241,000 annually (varies by location).
