Service Internal Project Manager

About the role

As a Service Internal Project Manager you will lead high‑impact service programs and projects, partnering with business process experts, functional leaders and subject‑matter experts. You will develop and implement standardized processes while addressing the specific needs of the IGTD environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead service programs and projects, managing scope, budget, resources, timelines, risks and quality.
• Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with organizational priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for ERP or CRM application implementation and integration.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set priorities and drive execution.
• Identify risks, issues and improvement opportunities, delivering practical solutions.
• Promote best practices in program and project management within a matrixed enterprise.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5 + years with a Master’s in Project Management, Program Management, Agile Methodology or equivalent.
• Experience in a regulated medical‑device environment is preferred.
• U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship required.
• Residence within commuting distance to Plymouth, Cambridge, San Diego or Colorado.
