Service Foreman – Electrical Projects

About the role

Rogers Electric is seeking an experienced Service Foreman to lead commercial electrical crews on a variety of projects nationwide. You will work closely with the Project Manager to plan, organize, and execute assignments while ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with project planning, staffing, and organization.
• Analyze bid documents, drawings, and site conditions to define scope and identify risks.
• Establish objectives, policies, and performance standards for contract compliance.
• Lead a team of electricians, assign daily tasks, and provide necessary materials and equipment.
• Manage labor hours, material procurement, equipment scheduling, and daily production reporting.
• Conduct safety meetings, enforce PPE use, and perform quality control testing.
• Run conduit, install and terminate devices, and troubleshoot systems.
• Facilitate pre‑bid surveys, kick‑off meetings, progress walks, punch walks, and turnover.

Required profile

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years supervising large electrical projects as a Foreman.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time and work nights, weekends, and overtime.
