About the role
RoofingSource is a family‑owned nationwide commercial roofing company seeking an experienced Service Foreman. You will lead crews on low‑sloped roof projects, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction while enjoying the support of a company that values its people.
Key responsibilities
- Install and maintain low‑sloped roof systems such as TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, and EPDM.
- Operate tools and equipment, including a Leister welder and hot‑air gun.
- Follow job specifications, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Create client reports via tablet and manage communications/receipts.
- Support crew members through communication, training, and direction.
Required profile
- Prior roofing or related trade experience (preferred but not required).
- Professional and effective communication abilities.
- Comfort with handheld technology such as tablets or smartphones.
Required skills
- Leister welder operation.
- Hot‑air gun usage.
- Tablet and smartphone operation for reporting and communication.
- Knowledge of low‑sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM).
