Service Desk Technician

About the role

As a member of Odevo's IT Operations team, you will join the US‑based Service Desk supporting multiple companies nationwide. The position focuses on first‑level technical assistance, daily monitoring of network and server environments, and ensuring timely resolution of user issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support to end‑users across a multi‑platform environment, including workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Create, modify, and reset user accounts on the Windows network, CINC System, and other applications.
• Follow ITIL best practices to improve service delivery and maintain accurate support documentation.
• Collaborate with Odevo IT subject‑matter experts to troubleshoot complex software and access problems.
• Install, uninstall, and configure PC equipment as needed.

Required profile

• Organizationally savvy with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Customer‑focused mindset that prioritises timely and effective issue resolution.
