Service Delivery Project Manager

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Service Delivery Project Manager to lead the development, management, and implementation of its Service Delivery Strategy. You will drive a multi‑year organizational change program that adapts working practices and ensures the company can meet current and future challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Service Delivery implementation plan, ensuring milestones are met on time and to high standards.
• Maintain an overview of all initiatives within the program and continuously prioritize project work.
• Coordinate the Service Delivery project team, providing guidance and support to members.
• Collaborate with change‑initiative owners to plan, develop, deliver, and embed changes.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and project delivery staff.
• Work with internal communications to deliver effective messaging of the Service Delivery strategy.
• Monitor progress, report to senior stakeholders, and manage project risks and inter‑dependencies.
• Provide project management expertise to other People and Change projects as capacity allows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–7 years of experience managing complex projects or programs.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
