About the role
Join an award‑winning service team at a multi‑brand automotive dealership. This fast‑paced, customer‑focused position offers strong earning potential through a competitive base salary plus commission.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and increase show rates.
- Provide a professional, high‑level customer experience throughout each interaction.
- Support the service team with daily communication and follow‑up.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Organized, reliable, and team‑oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude with a motivation to earn.
- Experience with BDC Central or CDK is a plus, but not required.
