Service Advisor – Luxury Automotive

About the role

Join the elite service team at a premier luxury automotive dealership serving BMW and Mercedes‑Benz customers. As a Service Advisor you will be the primary point of contact, delivering a five‑star experience while guiding customers through maintenance and repair services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather vehicle information.
• Document customer‑described symptoms and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare accurate labor and parts estimates and schedule follow‑up appointments.
• Monitor each vehicle’s progress throughout the day, providing frequent updates to customers.
• Ensure final invoices match performed work and clearly explain charges.

Required profile

• Proven record of high customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant.
• Above‑average energy level and desire for a long‑term career.
• Strong personal and professional integrity.

Required skills

• Experience with CDK DMS automotive software.
• Proficiency using modern diagnostic tools.
