Service Advisor

Key responsibilities

• Oversee flow of the Service Department.
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by handling additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person.
• Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience working in a Quick Lane.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Time management skills.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers.
• Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check.
• Applicants may be drug tested.
