Service Advisor

About the role

The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. You will guide them through the repair process, provide clear communication, and ensure a seamless dealership experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns, document repair needs accurately, and recommend maintenance based on technician findings.
• Provide clear estimates, timelines, and communicate updates throughout the service cycle.
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of automotive service advising experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Sales‑oriented with confidence in explaining services.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
