Server – Guest Dining Specialist

About the role

The Server will join the Food and Beverage Service Department at Atlantic Fields Club, a Discovery Land Company property near Hobe Sound, Florida. This role focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests through attentive service, menu expertise, and personalized recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide prompt, personalized service.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and beverage offerings to make thoughtful recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the TEI point‑of‑sale system, ensuring compliance with club policies.
• Verify order accuracy and presentation before delivery, catering to dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces; perform opening and closing duties.
• Conduct inventory counts and report supply needs or maintenance concerns to management.
