Server / Barista – Fresh Asian‑Inspired Dining

About the role

FRSH by Aroma360 is seeking a friendly, reliable Server/Barista to deliver attentive guest service and expertly prepare matcha‑based beverages in a vibrant, modern dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, explain the menu, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve poke bowls, spring rolls, and hand rolls while maintaining high service standards.
• Prepare hot and iced matcha lattes using precise measuring, sifting, whisking, and temperature techniques.
• Prepare coffee drinks and accommodate guests’ milk preferences.
• Process payments accurately through the POS system and keep service areas clean and stocked.
• Follow food safety standards, communicate allergy requests clearly, and assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.

Required profile

• At least two years of sales or hospitality experience with a proven track record of upselling.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or a similar fast‑paced restaurant setting.
• Matcha preparation experience, including smooth, clump‑free lattes.
• Strong communication skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
