Server Assistant (Part-time)

About the role

Join the front‑of‑house team at Ole Red, a live‑music restaurant and bar in Las Vegas. As a Server Assistant you will help deliver fast, friendly service while keeping the dining area clean and safe for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously bus tables throughout the shift.
• Clear and reset tables within three minutes of guest departure.
• Communicate with service staff to meet guest needs quickly.
• Handle guest concerns with a professional, positive attitude.
• Place trash and recyclables in proper receptacles and keep bins clean and odor‑free.
• Maintain hazard‑free floors by cleaning spills, moisture, debris and using floor signs.
• Report any damage to furniture, fixtures or other property to management.
• Follow uniform standards and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Maintain a sanitary food‑service environment in both public and back‑of‑house areas.
• Attend pre‑shift meetings and perform opening, running and closing duties.
• Follow corporate policies, safety procedures and brand SOPs.
• Promptly report accidents, facility issues or unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
