Server Assistant

About the role

Join the front‑of‑house team at Ole Red Gatlinburg, a lively music and entertainment venue. As a Server Assistant you will help deliver exceptional guest service while keeping the dining area clean, organized, and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously bus tables throughout the shift and reset them within three minutes of guest departure.
• Communicate promptly with service staff to meet guest needs and resolve concerns with a positive attitude.
• Handle trash and recycling, ensuring receptacles are clean and odor‑free.
• Maintain hazard‑free floors by cleaning spills, moisture, and debris immediately and using floor signs as needed.
• Report any damage to furniture, fixtures, or facilities to management.
• Adhere to uniform, appearance, and sanitation standards set by health regulations.
• Attend pre‑shift meetings and perform opening, running, and closing duties.
• Follow all corporate policies, safety procedures, and brand SOPs, reporting accidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
