Server Assistant – Full Time, $18.25/Hour + Gratuities

About the role

Join the Aulani dining team as a Server Assistant, delivering an exceptional guest experience in a vibrant, themed environment. You will support servers, handle food and beverage orders, and help bring the story of Aulani to life for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and drink orders to guests’ tables, pool service area, or staging zones promptly and accurately.
• Greet guests warmly, answer basic questions, and provide directions or event information.
• Assist servers with bussing, table set‑up, and replenishing linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including trash removal and floor upkeep.
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware, folding napkins, and stocking service stations.
• Follow kitchen safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines.
• Handle receipts, assemble orders, and ensure food quality and presentation meet standards.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and able to obtain a Hawaii Liquor Commission card.
• Strong hospitality mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 75 lb regularly.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Self‑directed, able to follow instructions and support team members.
