Server Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Server Administrator to install, maintain, and support both physical and virtual servers in a large enterprise environment. The role focuses on ensuring reliability, security, and performance of thousands of compute and networking assets while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on physical and virtualized servers.
• Monitor tens of thousands of compute and networking assets using monitoring tools.
• Automate routine tasks through scripting.
• Administer system management tools, including patching and antivirus solutions.
• Manage user and computer access in Active Directory and related authentication technologies.
• Follow enterprise operational policies and document procedures for routine tasks.
• Participate in a 24 × 7 on‑call rotation and perform off‑hours maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in server administration and troubleshooting.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and effective written/oral communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
