SEO Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑obsessed SEO Strategist to own the SEO strategy for a portfolio of large and enterprise‑sized clients. You will drive organic growth, lead client relationships, and expand the impact of search beyond keywords into the full user journey, CRO, and data storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and formulate advanced SEO strategies for large to enterprise clients, acting as the primary SEO authority.
• Design and execute on‑site and off‑site optimizations, including AI search, Reddit and YouTube optimization, technical SEO, on‑page work, content planning, and link building.
• Integrate CRO and CRM tactics to maximize session value and improve user experience.
• Host client status calls, track campaign results, and report using Google Analytics and ranking tools.
• Collaborate with sales on audits, custom strategies, pitches, and SEO sales collateral.
• Develop team processes, reporting frameworks, and knowledge‑sharing practices.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of SEO agency experience with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, updates, and business impact.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement performance‑driving SEO strategies at scale.

What we offer

• Base salary $85,000 – $95,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Annual compensation reviews and semi‑annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
