SEO Specialist – Healthcare Focus

About the role

As an SEO Specialist you will drive organic growth for healthcare clients by developing and executing strategic SEO initiatives. You will work closely with the SEO team to improve website performance, search rankings and deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to guide content optimization and uncover new opportunities.
• Analyze technical aspects of websites, identify improvement areas and recommend optimizations.
• Ensure accurate implementation of SEO recommendations across staging and live environments through quality‑assurance checks.
• Collect and analyse data from multiple sources to produce performance reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to audit sites, surface opportunities and deliver improvement recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and provide administrative support for smooth team operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong research and analytical abilities, especially in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with a curiosity for staying up‑to‑date on SEO and healthcare trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
• Understanding of content and technical SEO tactics.
• Experience with web analytics and data‑driven reporting.
