SEO Manager

About the role

Adobe is seeking an SEO Manager to lead the organic discovery strategy for Firefly, its generative AI product. The role will shape how creators find, evaluate, and adopt Firefly across Adobe.com and emerging AI search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the SEO strategy and roadmap for Adobe Firefly, prioritizing feature pages, workflows, and evergreen growth initiatives.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Design to embed SEO requirements into page templates, feature launches, and platform decisions.
• Design and optimize the internal linking framework and scalable content systems for Firefly’s feature page ecosystem.
• Mentor product teams on SEO best practices to ensure discoverability is built into new launches.
• Define and maintain the keyword universe, topic taxonomy, and demand mapping aligned with customer intent and product priorities.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to measure SEO and GEO performance, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
• Serve as the final decision‑maker for SEO initiatives, balancing impact, resources, and long‑term scalability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of SEO experience with ownership of strategy for large‑scale, high‑visibility products or platforms.
• Strong foundation in content systems and workflow management.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Development, and Marketing teams.
• Experience defining and executing SEO strategies in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of turning data into clear priorities.
• Technical SEO expertise.
