SEO & AI Visibility Manager

About the role

RELLO is a full‑service marketing agency serving the energy and complex B2B sectors. We are looking for an SEO & AI Visibility Manager to own and evolve search strategies for our client roster as search technology shifts toward generative AI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SEO for multiple clients, including technical audits, site architecture, on‑page optimization, and link‑building.
• Design, test, and refine GEO and AEO tactics to surface client content within AI‑generated results.
• Structure content and schema markup so generative engines treat clients as authoritative sources.
• Develop topical authority content strategies that perform in both traditional and AI‑driven search.
• Report on organic performance, track visibility in AI surfaces, and translate insights into clear client recommendations.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create assets optimized for search.
• Stay current on the evolution of search and AI platforms and proactively apply new learnings.

Required profile

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience with a deep focus on SEO.
• Demonstrated curiosity about the future of search and a track record of testing emerging approaches.
• Hands‑on experience experimenting with LLM visibility on platforms such as Perplexity, ChatGPT, or Google AI Overviews.
• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to distinguish meaningful metrics from noise.
