SEO & AI Search Optimization Specialist

About the role

Drum Creative is seeking an SEO & AI Search Optimization Specialist to lead the development of search visibility strategies for the agency and its clients. The role blends technical SEO expertise with emerging AI‑driven search trends to generate qualified leads and strengthen authority.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement technical SEO architectures, including site structure, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Develop and manage AI‑focused search strategies such as optimizing for Google SGE, LLM‑driven discovery, and AI overviews.
• Build authority signals through author pages, backlink acquisition, citations, and knowledge‑graph integration.
• Create and oversee content systems that establish topical authority across client domains.
• Analyze performance data using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console to inform strategic direction.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to align SEO initiatives with broader business goals.

Required profile

• 8+ years of SEO experience in an agency or multi‑client environment.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, structured data, and AI‑driven search behavior.
• Proven ability to translate data insights into clear strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and internal stakeholders.
