Senior VIP Manager

About the role

CELINE is seeking a Senior VIP Manager to lead its US‑focused VIP strategy, supporting brand visibility through pop‑ups, store openings, product placements and high‑profile collaborations. The role works closely with stylists, talent agents and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of gifting, dressing and event initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and propose budgeted strategies to increase US brand visibility while preserving brand image.
• Benchmark competitor activities and identify innovative ideas for fashion shows, activations and dressing moments.
• Lead email communications with stylists, manage talent approvals and oversee sample movement between NY and Paris showrooms.
• Research and propose rising talent across industries for gifting and product‑launch collaborations.
• Review monthly budgets with Head of VIP and US Accounting, implement cost‑saving measures when required.
• Support stylists and assistants with talent shopping, special orders and purchase logistics.
• Coordinate custom projects for award seasons, film festivals and fashion shows, ensuring timely delivery and asset capture.
• Organize travel and logistics for US VIPs in partnership with the VIP Coordinator.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in luxury brand management or related fields.
• Proven ability to work in an international, fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
• Strong multitasking abilities and comfort handling ambiguity.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus.
