About the role

As a Senior Vice President / VP Wealth Advisor at Compound Planning, you will partner directly with high‑net‑worth clients to guide their most critical financial decisions while collaborating with our technology team to shape innovative advisory tools.

Key responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice to HNW and UHNW individuals.
Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance the digital platform based on client needs.
Focus on client outcomes, reducing time spent on back‑office tasks.
Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive financial planning.

Required profile

3‑5+ years of experience advising high‑net‑worth clients.
Required accreditation such as Series 65, CFP, CPA, or equivalent.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate.
Alignment with Compound Planning values: ownership, velocity, intentional innovation, and grit.
