About the role

We are a financial‑services consulting firm that partners with private‑equity firms and their portfolio companies to create value. We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Strategy & Operations to lead engagements that combine rigorous analytics with actionable growth plans, helping clients achieve top‑line and margin improvements ahead of exit.

Key responsibilities

• Define issue sets and translate them into detailed work plans for consulting teams and client resources.
• Guide data collection, synthesis, and analysis, and conduct interviews with client and third‑party stakeholders.
• Develop hypothesis‑driven solutions, test alternative scenarios, and produce fact‑based recommendations.
• Create compelling, data‑driven presentation materials and deliver findings to senior client executives.
• Build and maintain high‑quality relationships with private‑equity sponsors and portfolio‑company leadership.
• Contribute to business development, proposal writing, knowledge‑capital creation, and recruitment efforts.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• MBA from a top‑tier institution.
• Prior experience at a leading consulting firm.
• Proven track record working with private‑equity firms and senior executives.
• Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments and deliver results within tight timelines.
