Senior UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to own end‑to‑end design across our mobile and web applications. You will shape AI‑powered user experiences, define design culture, and mentor junior designers in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through execution, delivering user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into pixel‑perfect designs.
• Design visualizations that are accessible and usable by diverse user groups.
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas, using usability testing and metrics to iterate.
• Own and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
• Build frameworks for data‑heavy applications to support rapid growth.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering their craft, confidence, and creative autonomy.
• Contribute to shaping the design function as an early design leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, HCI, or related field.
• 7+ years of UX design experience for mobile and web applications with high user adoption.
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into intuitive, purposeful designs.
• Strong visual polish combined with solid interaction design skills.
• Experience defining and expanding design systems, components, and patterns.
• Expertise in Figma and related plugins for asset interoperability and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to advocate for design decisions.
• Low‑ego, team‑oriented mindset with a growth mindset suited to a startup.
