Senior User Experience Designer

About the role

Enovis is seeking a motivated Senior User Experience Designer to join its Enabling Technologies team in Austin, Texas. You will shape the end‑to‑end experience of a portfolio of MedTech software and digital solutions, working closely with surgeons, product managers, engineers and regulatory experts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve a unified user‑experience strategy across software‑as‑a‑medical‑device (SaMD), surgical planning tools, navigation systems, augmented‑reality applications and future digital products.
• Create and maintain UX principles, interaction standards and design guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Act as the organizational expert on usability, workflow optimization and user‑centered design throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive, safe and efficient interfaces.
• Help build a cohesive MedTech ecosystem that surgeons trust, adopt and advocate for.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in user‑experience and user‑interface design, preferably in medical or highly regulated domains.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to empathize with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with product, engineering, quality, regulatory and leadership teams.
• Passion for creating elegant, user‑centered solutions that improve patient outcomes.
