Senior Thought Leader Liaison – Lung & Head & Neck Oncology (Midwest)

About the role

The Senior Thought Leader Liaison will lead KOL engagement strategy for lung and head‑and‑neck oncology across the Great Plains District. This field‑based position requires extensive travel to support educational events, advisory boards, and congresses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional KOL and marketing education strategies, including peer‑to‑peer plans and faculty development.
• Provide market insights to the RYBREVANT brand team and shape future brand strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with academic and community KOLs to drive brand advocacy.
• Monitor regional treatment patterns with analytics teams to inform engagement programs.
• Manage regional marketing budget, agency collaborations, and compliance training.

Required profile

• Minimum BA/BS degree; MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD or related graduate degree preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in marketing, medical affairs, key account management, or sales leadership, preferably with KOL engagement.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to innovate and deliver results.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel >50% (up to 65%).

Required skills

• Understanding of ACCME/HCC/PhRMA guidelines.
• Experience with brand marketing, channel partner enablement, and digital engagement platforms.
